STREAMLINING EARLY LEARNING & CHILD CARE SERVICES
We focus on reducing stress for Early Learning and Child Care Educators by giving them the tools they need to provide quality programmes. This includes supporting staff with ongoing professional development so they can recognize children’s stages of language and play development. Educators are most valued when they have the right skills to support each child, track their progress toward developmental milestones, and know when referrals may be needed. Both Educators and Elders play an important role in helping children grow while strengthening their language and cultural connections.

Our child care and school-based speech programmes offer a forward-thinking solution to an ongoing challenge: ensuring quality early learning and child care is accessible to every child, no matter where they live..
A shortage of service-providers have left many early learning and child care facilities without access to the support they need. Infrequent visits from contracted early learning specialists – and reliance on online activity models – fall short when compared to consistent, in-person specialised collaborative programme and knowledge of early childhood development.
Outdated and inefficient models are being replaced by our progressive, community-centered programs that bring best practices directly into communities. Our approach is data-driven, inclusive, and designed to empower early learning teams through meaningful, hands-on support.
OUR SERVICES
EARLY LEARNING & CHILD CARE PROGRAMMES
Circle of Courage Consulting development of Early Learning programmes is a collaborative, best practice, research based innovative means of ensuring consistent, intensive, and ongoing support is accessible to all!
Our programs incorporate in-person support of highly trained early learning specialists committed to educating themselves about the whole child and their unique academic, social, physical, spiritual, cultural-linguistic diversity and unique needs of each community.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We believe in investing in the capacity of early learning & child care teams, so they feel confident, capable, and supported. As part of our early learning & child care programme, all participating community-based teams take part in an immersive two-day training conference. Through guided sessions, hands-on practice, and one-on-one coaching from our specialist, teams gain the tools to recognize, understand, and support students with play, physical, cognitive, speech and language development. When school teams are confident and prepared, learning becomes reliable and impactful.
