Our Services

We believe in investing in the capacity of both school and child care teams, so they feel confident, capable, and supported. When knowledge lives within the community, care becomes more consistent, responsive, and sustainable.

As part of our Early Learning & Child Care programmes, all participating teams take part in periodic, immersive two-day training conferences. Through guided sessions and hands-on practice, staff gain the tools to recognize, understand, and support each child’s unique needs and interests. When teams are confident and prepared, programmes become more reliable and impactful.

Beyond these training sessions, we visit early learning and child care facilities to work one-on-one or alongside local teams. Together, we deepen understanding of child development, while promoting Indigenous language and culture to strengthen community-based programming. To extend learning beyond staff training, staff receive full access to our suite of valuable training resources.
